The AAIM Annual Meeting is a structured program using academic and industry experts who provide excellent learning opportunities for medical directors and underwriters. The meeting focuses on the latest medical advances relevant to insurance medicine and provides the unique core skills and knowledge that set medical directors apart from other doctors.
AAIM MISSION STATEMENT
To provide Insurance Medical Directors with lifelong quality education that develops and increases knowledge, competence and professional skills used in life, health, disability and long-term care insurance. This will be accomplished through the offering of diverse educational activities including seminars, conferences, lectures and workshops using effective learning methods as approved by the American Academy of Insurance Medicine.
The Academy will also endeavor to assist other organizations with an interest in insurance medicine and who provide quality education to their membership by providing joint sponsorship for approved programs.
• To provide both new and experienced medical directors with the latest clinical and risk classification information for a wide variety of medical impairments.
• To present important topics from our Core Body of Knowledge that are not covered in other educational activities.

AAIM has secured a discounted rate of $299 USD per night (single or double occupancy) plus all taxes and applicable fees. This rate is available until Friday August 23, 2019 or until the room block has been sold out. This is on a first come, first serve basis. After that point, any new reservations will be subject to availability at the daily rate applicable at the time of reservation.

Refunds of registration fees, less a $100 USD administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received by August 16, 2019. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute someone in your place. Cancellation for optional activities must be received by August 30, 2019. No refunds will be issued after these dates. All cancellation and substitution requests must be received in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be processed after the meeting.
